"Seamaster Planet Ocean Master Chronometer" / With OMEGA's deep relationship with the sea in mind, the "Planet Ocean" collection was launched in 2005. The stylish "OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean Master Chronometer" is a collection that legitimately inherits the DNA of the diver's watch that OMEGA has built up.

It has a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, a black ceramic dial with Arabic numerals and a date window at the 3 o'clock position, and a 43.5 mm stainless steel case with a black ceramic unidirectional rotating bezel with a Liquidmetal® diving scale.

It also features a screw-down caseback with a wave pattern and a stainless steel bracelet with a patented extendable folding clasp.

Water resistant to 60 bar (600m/2000ft) and comes with a helium escape valve. At the heart of the timepiece is the OMEGA Master Chronometer Calibre 8900, visible through the transparent caseback. The watch has been certified as a Master Chronometer by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS), having passed the eight rigorous tests set by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology.
